Before contacting support
- Include the email address used for Timely Cut.
- Tell us whether you are using the Customer or Provider experience.
- Describe what you tapped, what you expected, and the exact message shown.
- Do not email passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or private API keys.
Bookings
Open Bookings to view, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. Provider approval and cancellation policies may apply. For an urgent same-day service issue, contact the provider directly.
Subscriptions and appointment payments
Providers can restore or manage Timely Cut Pro from the subscription screen. Apple handles subscription billing. Stripe handles card payments for real-world appointments on behalf of the provider. For an appointment refund or service dispute, contact the provider first and include the booking date and payment status when contacting Timely Cut support.
Password recovery
On the Sign In screen, select Forgot password, enter your account email, and open the newest Timely Cut recovery email on the iPhone where the app is installed.
Location and nearby search
Allow location access when prompted, or enable it later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Timely Cut. Nearby results depend on Google Places availability and your selected radius.
SMS help
Reply STOP to a provider message to opt out. Reply START to restore messages where supported. Reply HELP for assistance. Providers should confirm client consent before sending a campaign.
Delete your account
Open Profile > Account > Delete account. Review the deletion summary, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently removes the account and associated data that we are not required to retain.
